"In 2004 we purchased the "Ruthie B" house located on the corner of Mill and Main Street in Springfield. We had made plans to move the house and needed a general contractor to take over the project. Tim proved to be extremely knowledgable, experienced, thorough and very easy to work with. He listened to our needs and requests and then made the best decisions and recommendations from our input. As with most remodeling projects, this one turned out to be quite a major undertaking and Tim handled it with ease. He was always congenial, professional and reliable. A full basement/garage was constructed, all new windows, doors, insulation, wiring, plumbing, sheetrock, new interior finish work and the refinishing of the original fir floors. Tim also created a unique floor system for the new kitchen and sunroom. Using the recycled fir from the house he produced a beautiful wood kitchen countertop. Tim is very capable and he rendered a fencing design we liked into our front entry area and deck.
